Estas din\u00e1micas estaban ralentizando la alineaci\u00f3n y debilitando el impacto del liderazgo. Con 2024 en el horizonte, la empresa necesitaba un restablecimiento del liderazgo centrado y preparado para el futuro, a fin de alinear los objetivos, cerrar las brechas generacionales e impulsar el liderazgo proactivo.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d7cbe8b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6d7cbe8b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La soluci\u00f3n (Por qu\u00e9 Pro.Play)\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47d12681 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47d12681\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Dise\u00f1amos un programa integral de Alineaci\u00f3n de Objetivos basado en tres pilares fundamentales, cada uno de los cuales abordaba un reto de liderazgo cr\u00edtico. Nuestro enfoque aprovech\u00f3 el aprendizaje experiencial, la conciencia generacional y las herramientas de alineaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica. Los l\u00edderes se comprometieron m\u00e1s con el aprendizaje autodirigido y se mostraron m\u00e1s abiertos al di\u00e1logo intergeneracional. El equipo directivo asumi\u00f3 como propias unas prioridades claras para 2024. Los comentarios internos pusieron de manifiesto una mayor cohesi\u00f3n, una alineaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara de los objetivos y un aumento de la energ\u00eda en torno al liderazgo futuro.
