The Challenge/Pain Point
FORVIA needed to give visibility to the young talents involved in its Bright Program and integrate them meaningfully into the program’s kick-off event. The goal was not only to make the event memorable but to empower the youth and validate their presence. Previous events lacked this level of engagement and failed to highlight the value of their contributions.
The Solution (Why Pro.Play)
We proposed a creative intervention during the kick-off event to spotlight the Bright Program participants. Our approach focused on storytelling, co-creation, and youth-centered design. Unlike traditional launches, this solution gave young voices a central role, making their talent and energy a driving force for the event’s tone and message.
The Process
We worked closely with the Bright participants through a collaborative process that included creative workshops, rehearsal sessions, and mentoring. These phases built trust and aligned their contributions with the event’s goals. The intervention was implemented within a tight timeline, requiring agile coordination with FORVIA’s event and communications teams.
The Results & Impact
The kick-off was a resounding success. The youth-led intervention brought vibrancy, originality, and emotional impact to the event. Feedback from attendees highlighted how refreshing and inspiring the launch felt. FORVIA reported increased engagement with the Bright Program internally, and several participants were invited to join follow-up innovation initiatives.
