Colgate’s leadership team faced two key challenges: a lack of self-learning culture and generational gaps affecting internal communication. These dynamics were slowing down alignment and weakening leadership impact. With 2024 on the horizon, the company needed a focused, future-ready leadership reset to align goals, close generational gaps, and boost proactive leadership.
